MDH Consulting (“MDH”) provides this Privacy Policy to describe its practices and commitments with respect to the personal information and/or data it may access, collect, process, store and use on its own behalf, and/or on behalf of its clients. The access, collection, storage and use of data, collectively, is referred to herein as “use” or “usage.” For purpose of this Policy, the terms “information” and “data” are used interchangeably.
Data Used by MDH on Its Own Behalf
MDH may collect data voluntarily provided by visitors to this website, through opt-in and registration forms. This information may include the individual’s name, past and/or current company name, type of business entity, the individual’s title, email address(es), phone number(s), the results of survey instruments offered on or through the site, and data regarding the pages, tools, resources, and information a visitor may access on this website. All data stored, transmitted or received by MDH is encrypted. We may also store email correspondence and voice messages to preserve the history and continuity of our communications and relationships with visitors to and users of this website.

MDH does not, and will never, sell, rent, lease, share or disclose personal information to any third parties, other than to companies providing services to MDH in the context of such usage. All companies providing services to MDH are under contractual obligations only to use such data lawfully, and to safeguard and maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all personal information received from MDH, including prohibitions on selling or disclosing such personal information to any other third parties.
MDH may disclose personal information if relevant laws so require, or if subpoenaed, or to otherwise comply with appropriate legal processes that may be served on MDH by a third party, or to protect and defend MDH’s property and rights, this website, or other users of and visitors to this website.
Rights with Respect to MDH’s Use of Personal Data

Data Used by MDH on Behalf of Its Clients
MDH works with businesses (“MDH Clients” and “MDH Vendors”) under contracts which are subject to stringent data privacy and confidentiality laws and practices. MDH Clients and Vendors also work with other businesses, which are also subject to such data privacy and confidentiality laws and practices. MDH Clients collect and use data on employees, and they may share certain personal data with MDH, subject to relevant privacy and confidentiality laws. Such data typically includes names, home addresses, gender, and date of birth, and may include other employment-sourced data such as phone numbers, email addresses, job titles, etc. MDH may enrich such data through its Vendors, and use such data to provide its Clients with enhanced communications, marketing, research and analytical services.
Protection, Confidentiality and Safeguarding of Data Used by MDH on Behalf of Its Clients
MDH’s Client and Vendor contracts include provisions that subject all such use by MDH, its Clients and its Vendors to stringent legal, technical and administrative safeguards and constraints. Any and all such data used, stored, maintained and/or enriched by or for MDH and its Clients and Vendors are further subject to contractual provisions that require MDH to return, destroy, or cease using such data immediately upon a Client’s request or demand. MDH is further subject to supporting any Client’s request to delete or update or correct any individual data that was provided to MDH by its Clients. Any individual who believes that MDH may possess or have stored their personal data on behalf of an MDH Client, and wishes to invoke any associated rights they may have thereto, should initiate their inquiry or request through such MDH Client, (i.e. their employer), and if such MDH Client requests or instructs MDH to process any such request or instruction under MDH-Client contractual provisions, and MDH actually has in its possession the referenced personal data, MDH will comply with such request(s).
Updates to this Privacy Policy
MDH may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and its sole obligation to users of this website and/or with respect to data used by MDH on behalf of its Clients will be to post on this website the date of such update to this Policy.
